What is DOXAFIN and what is it used for?

DOXAFIN is available in 5 mg film-coated tablets, in packages containing 20 or 30 tablets. DOXAFIN is an antiallergic drug that does not cause sleepiness. It helps to control allergic reactions and allergy symptoms.

DOXAFIN relieves symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis such as sneezing, nasal discharge and itching, itching of the palate and eye itching, redness or tearing (for example, hay fever, allergy to house dust mite).

DOXAFIN is also used to relieve itching with urticaria, to eliminate symptoms such as rash and rash on the skin.

These symptoms go away throughout the day and help you regain normal daily activities and sleep.
3. How to use DOXAFIN?
Instructions for appropriate use and dose / frequency of administration

Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Take one tablet once a day. Take the tablet with water, food or separately.

Regarding the duration of treatment, your doctor will decide how long you should take DOXAFIN by determining the type of allergic rhinitis you have.

If your allergic rhinitis is intermittent type (presence of symptoms for less than 4 days a week or less than 4 weeks), your doctor will evaluate the history of the disease and recommend a treatment program accordingly.

If your allergic rhinitis is of the permanent / persistent type (presence of symptoms for 4 days or more a week and for more than 4 weeks), your doctor may recommend a longer-term treatment.

The duration of treatment for urticaria may differ from patient to patient, so you should follow your doctor's instructions.
