Pregnancy

You should not use DICLOMEC SR during pregnancy if absolutely not necessary.

As with other anti-inflammatory drugs, DICLOMEC SR should not be used in the last three months of pregnancy because it can cause harm to the unborn child or cause problems during delivery.

DICLOMEC SR can make getting pregnant more difficult. If you are planning to become pregnant or have problems getting pregnant, you should not use DICLOMEC SR unless necessary.

Breastfeeding

Use with other drugs

Lithium or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs); (drugs used in the treatment of some types of depression).

Digoxin (a drug used for heart problems).

Mifepristone (a drug used to terminate unwanted pregnancies).

Diuretics (diuretic drugs).

ACE inhibitors or beta-blockers (drugs used in the treatment of high blood pressure and heart failure).

Other anti-inflammatory drugs (such as acetylsalicylic acid / aspirin or ibuprofen).

Corticosteroids (cortisone and similar drugs used to provide relief in the affected areas of the body).

Blood diluents (warfarin and similar drugs used to prevent blood clotting).

Drugs used in the treatment of diabetes (diabetes).

Methotrexate (a drug used in the treatment of certain types of cancer or arthritis).

Cyclosporin, tacrolimus (especially the drugs used in organ transplant patients).
