CYCLOPLEJIN eye drops are applied to the eye.
Active ingredient
5 ml drops contain 0.050 g of Cyclopentolate Hydrochloride.
Aids: Sodium Chloride, Disodium EDTA, Benzalkonium Chloride, Purified water
2.What is CYCLOPLEJIN and what is it used for?
CYCLOPLEJIN is an eye drop that is available as 5 ml drops in a bottle and is used to dilate the pupil before various examinations and operations in the eye. Cyclopentolate Hydrochloride, the active ingredient in Cyclopentolate, is used in various examinations and eye surgeries by dilating the pupil and in the prevention and treatment of some inflammatory conditions in the eye.
3.How to use CYCLOPLEJIN?
Instructions for proper use and dose / frequency of administration
Adults (and the elderly):
Approximately 40 minutes before the examination, 1 drop of a 0.5% solution is dripped into the eye and
If necessary, it is repeated after 15 minutes.
For dark eyes, a 1% solution may be required.
Children 6-16 years old:
Approximately 40 minutes before the examination, 1 drop of a% solution is dropped into the eye and if necessary, it is repeated 15 minutes later.
Children under 6 years old:
Approximately 40 minutes before the examination, 1 or 2 drops of a 1% solution are dropped into the eye and repeated after 15 minutes if necessary.
In inflammatory diseases of the eye:
Adults (and the elderly):
1 or 2 drops of 0.5% solution is applied to the eye 4 times a day or as required.
A 1% solution may be required for dark eyes.
Application route and method
The lower eyelid is pulled down and dropped on the inside.
Care should be taken to keep the dropper clean when the bottle of CYCLOPLEJIN is opened and used.
Once opened, the bottle must be used within 15 days.

4. What are the possible side effects?
As with all medicines, people who are sensitive to the ingredients of CYCLOPLEJIN may have side effects.
If any of the following occur, stop using CYCLOPLEGIN and IMMEDIATELY inform your doctor or go to the nearest emergency department:
Swelling of the hands, feet, ankles, face, lips or swelling of the mouth or throat that makes it difficult to swallow or breathe.

2.Things to consider before using CYCLOPLEJIN
DO NOT USE CYCLOPLEJIN in the following situations
• Those who have narrow angle eye pressure or tendency to have eye pressure
Hypersensitivity to cyclopentolate hydrochloride, benzalkonium chloride or any of the ingredients of the drug,
• It should not be used in patients with neural originated intestinal obstruction.
• If you are wearing soft contact lenses, apply them at least 15 minutes after contact lens removal / .. CICLOP1.KJIN may cause a change in the color of the lens.
• It should not be used in children with brain damage, especially with spasms.
